REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Velorá Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must contact us within this period.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Unclaimed shipments
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
By purchasing from our store, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed with evidence of delivery and agreement to these terms.
Damaged or incorrect items
You must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, including photo evidence.
