SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.

Incorrect Address
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for lost shipments. Reshipping may require an additional fee.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Lost Packages
Packages marked as delivered by the courier are considered successfully delivered. Claims must be made directly with the carrier.
